Alive & Well is a high-energy pop-punk band from San Diego, California, known for their infectious melodies, relatable lyrics, and dynamic performances. Formed in 2012, the band quickly established themselves in the local music scene with their blend of upbeat punk rock and heartfelt storytelling.
Their debut EP, The Escapism Sessions (2015), recorded at Clarity Recordings in El Cajon, showcased their raw energy and emotional depth. The follow-up, From Basements to Beaches (2016), was engineered and mixed by Beau Burchell of Saosin at The Cottage in Los Angeles, and mastered by Alan Douches at West West Side Music. This release further solidified their presence in the pop-punk scene.
Known for their engaging live shows, Alive & Well has performed at notable venues such as The Casbah in San Diego and has shared stages with bands like The Story So Far and Real Friends. Their music continues to resonate with fans, blending the energy of pop-punk with the authenticity of their experiences.
